Replacement Policy
In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, buyers are entitled to request for a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects or shipping damage to exceptionalstore1@gmail.com. If the case is deemed valid, The Exceptional Store will make sure a new replacement is provided.
Refund Policy
If a customers order is out of stock or can not be delivered by the shipping company a refund will be issued. If you need to request a refund please email us at exceptionalstore1@gmail.com
