In the events where the product received comes with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, buyers are entitled to request for a replacement within 24 hours of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects or shipping damage to email@example.com. If the case is deemed valid, The Exceptional Store will make sure a new replacement is provided.
